Principal's Message

DPHS Community Member,

Thank you to all of our Panther parents and guardians who completed this year's annual family survey which ended this past Tuesday. Once we recieve the combined survey results, the findings will help to shape our school improvement plans for the upcoming school year.

Friday, April 25 will begin AICE testing followed by Senior Common Final Exams (CFEs) on Monday, April 28 through Wednesday, April 30. The full schedule of spring exams has been included again in this week's Panther Post as a reminder for students and also for our parents as these are critical attendance days.

We are looking forward to Wednesday evening's Student Showcase as our dance students have choreographed and prepared the entire production. With only a few weeks left in the school year, our athletics and performing arts programs are nearing the end of their seasons. Wednesday is an excellent opportunity for an enjoyable evening out for any of our DP families before 2024-2025 comes to a close - TICKETS.

Thank you for reading.

Dr. Phillips High School families,

OCPS is pleased to be able to provide a digital device to all students. We know that digital learning is critical to preparing

our students for future success, so we are sharing with you how important it is to protect the investment made in our

digital device program.

A new process has been developed in order to inform families when their student has reported or turned in a damaged

device accessory. Beginning in February, you will be notified by email if a fee is assessed for your student. The notice will

include the current assessed fee based off the published fee structure. The current fee structure can be found here. It

will also include instructions on how to make the payment associated with the repair or replacement.

Thank you for your support as this process is critical in protecting the Orange County taxpayers’ investment. If you have

any questions, please contact the school.
